Below are the equipment requirements you will need to work your business from home. The requirements for before and after certification varies slightly. In certification you will only need a USB Headset, Computer and Internet. After completing certification will need the dial pad and headset. If you are looking to purchase any of these items we have them included below for purchase for your convenience.

Please note that these requirements are standard and may vary depending on which client you pick to start training with. You must complete the Arise agent registration to see the list of clients and determine which client requires above standard hardware requirements.
