Can I work from Anywhere?
You must legally reside in the United States and must be 18 years or older. You can provide your services from anywhere that is open to new applications. If you move, you are able to bring your work with you! How many jobs can you say that about?

How much can I get paid?
Your compensation can be as little or as big as you want it. You choose the client that you want to service. Some choose their client for the compensation rate only. Each client pays differently. Others choose a client because they are open 24/7. While others choose based upon the ease but pays less hourly. You set your own schedule and choose when and how much you work. Your paycheck is up to you! You now OWN your TIME and your PAYCHECK!
We have team members making between $300 – $1400+ bi-weekly! Work part-time, full-time, or flexible schedules to fit your needs.

Our members only area will give you the pay per hour for each client. You must be fully registered on the Arise platform to gain access to our members only area.

What fees will I have to pay?
We have a low flat service fee of $25 per invoice which covers the platform usage fee of Arise and our payroll direct deposit fee. We pay our contractors on the 1st and 15th of the month.

Are we responsible for our own taxes?
You are an Independent Contractor and are responsible for your own taxes. Rise Staffing Solutions does not take any taxes out on your behalf. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year if you made $600 or more.
Furthermore you are not eligible to receive unemployment, overtime or benefits as an Independent Contractor.
We would advise you to meet with a tax specialist to go over what you are able to write off and what deductions you can take as an independent contractor.

When do I start earning a paycheck?
The admissions process can take as little as 1 day. Once you complete the admissions process and join the Rise Staffing Solutions team then you will choose a client certification course. It may take around 15-30 days before the class starts. Classes are typically around 4-6 weeks, but some are self paced and can be completed in a matter of hours. Once certified you can start working immediately. Depending on how quickly you choose a class, it can take up to 2 months.
Because you are an independent contractor, you are in control on when and how much you work. Choose a client that has a contract that meets your needs. If you need to provide your services only during the daytime or would like a client that is open 24/7, you can choose to do so!

Rise Staffing Solutions does not pay for the time spent in a client certification course. We are the hiring agent, so to speak, the middle person between our partner’s clients and the Independent Contractor working from home. As an Independent Contractor you are responsible for any certification needed that is required to educate yourself to properly provide your services to the client. We like to look at it as a mini college course that guarantees work once you complete it. With all being said, some clients do offer "EARN WHILE YOU LEARN". Look for this notation in the info section.

How do I request time away?

Notify Rise Staffing Solutions LLC of any time away needed in advance.

You do not need to notify Arise of time taken away from servicing a client program. The Starmatic® Scheduling System is used to document all of your time servicing using the Arise platform. Please make sure to keep your Starmatic® schedule up-to-date and drop any intervals you are unable to service as soon as possible. Partner Support does not document, nor do they have any ability to document, your time not servicing so there is no need to visit Partner Support for this matter.

Please do not attempt to circumvent this self-service option as NO tickets will be created for “time away”. There will be no exceptions.

It is important to note that for security purposes, if you have not serviced for a period of two consecutive weeks and have not posted any intervals for the next two weeks, Arise may suspend your access to client systems
What if I want to be released after registering as a Rise Staffing Solutions call center agent?

Send email to request release from Rise Staffing Solutions LLC.

There is a $25 fee to be released from our company. If you are choosing to go with a new IBO you may be able to request an incentive to switch IBOs from your new call center company by requesting they pay your release fee.

You will receive a release form to fill out.

Once release fee payment is received Rise will release you as an agent.
