You get the opportunity to choose your client, how much you pay for you course, your pay per hour, and your hours. You will receive contracted hourly pay for all hours worked minus $25 per pay period for The Arise Platform usage fee as well as the payroll fee for direct deposit.

ALL HOURLY PAY IS THE BASE PAY. INCENTIVES INCREASE PAY PER HOUR UP TO $17/HR OR MORE DEPENDING ON THE CLIENT (based on service quality)
