HERE’S HOW TO QUALIFY:

Step 1: REGISTER go to https://partnersetup.arise.com

thru March 31st and create a new profile by signing up to use the Arise platform

Step 2: MAKE SURE when asked: Did you learn about the Arise Platform from a call center or one of their agents?

1. ENTER REFERRING CSPID 1567090

2. ENTER REFERRING ACP DEANNA M MACK

Step 3: MAKE SURE you enroll in a certification course within 25 days of creating their profile – and pass that course

Step 4: ENSURE you pass the certification course and service the program – for at least 35 days

Step 5: Receive up to $100* towards certification course reimbursement.
