6. When will I get paid?

Payroll is run on the 1st and 15th of every month for the previous invoice period. For instance you will be paid for all hours worked from 9/1-9/15 on 10/1.

7. How soon can I start?

As soon as you apply, register on Arise, pass background check, enroll in client opportunity, and complete the course you will start taking calls and start getting paid. Most course end with paid training on the phone lines.

8. What's the most money I can make?

Most agents service 2 clients and make $1500-$2000 full time per pay period. Your check depends on hours worked for base pay and the incentives depend on quality of your calls and service.

9. Do you take out taxes?

As an independent contractor you are not an employee of Rise Staffing Solutions LLC so you are responsible for filing your own taxes and will receive a 1099.

10. What kind of calls will I be taking?

Each client varies on type of calls but all are inbound customer service calls unless you are doing sales which are inbound sales calls like Cruse line Direct Sales.
